摘要
目的:探讨水胶体敷料类(透明贴)对Ⅱ期褥疮的临床护理效果。方法:将42例患有Ⅱ期褥疮患者随机分成观察组23例和对照组19例,观察组常规清创护理后,予透明贴换药;对照组给予常规换药,1次/d。结果:观察组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:水胶体敷料类(透明贴)对Ⅱ期褥疮护理效果显著,且提高相关护理效率。
Objective： To evaluate the curative effect of Coloplast glue on phase II ulcer patients.Methods ： Divide the 42 phase II patients into two groups. The 23 patients in the experimental grnup received four-week Coloplast glue treatments one time per day.While the 19 patients in the control group were given ethacridine Laetate once every day.Results ： The efficacy on ulcer was better in the experimental group than that of control one（P〈0.0 l）.Conclnsion ： Coloplast glue is highly effective and safe for the treatment of phase II uleer patients, and is easier and more efficient to be applied in clinical practice.
