摘要
报道了芍药属 4种植物染色体数目和核型 ,它们是木本类型牡丹组 (Sect .MoutanDC .)的凤丹P .ostiiT .HongetJ .X .Zhang和牡丹P .suffruticosaAndr .;草本类型芍药组 (Sect .PaconiaDC .)的芍药P .lactifloraPall .和草芍药P .obovataMaxim .,除牡丹的核型公式 2n =2x =10 =4m +4sm +2st外 ,其余 3种植物均为 2n =2x =6m +2sm +2st,全部未见随体 .
This paper reports chromosome numbers and karytypes of four species of the genus Paeonia L. from Anhui. The origin of the material used in this work and the parameters of chromosomes of 4 species in Paeonia are provided in Table 1, the karyotype comparison of 4 species in Paeonia from Anhui in Table 2. Photomicrographs of somatic metaphase and karyograms of the 4 species of Paeonia in Fig. A-H the idiograms in Fig. 1~4. The results and shown as follows: 1. Paeonia ostii T. Hong et J. X. Zhang The material from Fenghuangshan, Tongling, Anhui is found to have karyotype K (2n) =2x=10=6m+2sm+2st(Fig. A,C,and 1). The chromosomes range in length from 7.55~10.12μm, with the total lengh 47.41μm. The karyotype is 2A. The chromosome number and karyotype are reported for the first time. 2.Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. The material from Wuhu, Anhui is fourd to have karyotype K (2n) =2x=10=4m+4sm=2st(Fig. E,F,and 3). The chromosomes range is lengh from 7.16~11.80μm, with the total lengh 47.90μm. The karyotype is 2A. 3.Paeonia lactiflora Pallas The material from Wuhu, Anhui is found to have karyotype K (2n) =2x=10=6m+2sm+2st(fig. B,C,and 2). The chromosomes range is lengh from 7.18~12.56μm, with the total lengh 48.83μm. 4.Paeonia obovata Maxim The material from Jinzhai, Anhui is found to have karyotype K (2n) =2x=10=6m+2sm+2st(Fig. G,H and 4). The chromosomes range from 8.02~12.12μm, with the total lengh 50.95μm. The karyotypes of 4 species in Paeonia from Anhui belong all to Stebbins (1971) 2A, which and all diploid. We didn't salellite.
