人力资本对农村劳动力转移空间距离的影响研究——基于山东省临沂市的实证调查

Research on the Impact of Human Capital on Spatial Distance of Rural Labor Transfer——An Empirical Investigation on Linyi,Shandong Province,China

通过山东临沂10个村的农村劳动力问卷调查所取的数据,运用多元logistic回归模型,对人力资本水平与农村劳动力转移空间距离的关系进行实证分析,证明农村劳动力受教育程度、健康、年龄、性别对农村劳动力转移空间距离具有重要影响。在此基础上,就提升农村人力资本提出若干政策建议。

Based on the data collected from ten villages in Linyi, Shandong Province, this paper employs logistic regression model to test the relation between human capital and spatial distance of rural labor transfer in China. The results shows that factors like education, health, age and gender all have strong impact on the spatial distance of rural labor transfer. Besides, the paper offers several policy suggestions on how to further improve human capital in Chinese rural areas.
