该系统是一种非常方便的流量计标定系统，通过在生产现场将流量计等设备不用拆卸，一次性完成流量计的定期标定．该系统采用80C196单片机的两路高速输入作为采集输入端，检测标准流量计、被检流量计的脉冲计数，通过对误差的计算，在线标定流量计．其中被检流量计设计在工程车里（即另有一套设备流程），标定的数据如果不需要在现场处理，可通过串口通讯，将数据传送到笔记本中，再进行最后处理．
