以环氧氯丙烷与二甲胺为原料合成无氰电镀添加剂ＤＥ，其最佳合成条件为：环氧氮丙烷与二甲胺的原料配比为１．０～１．１／１．０（ｍｏｌ／ｍｏｌ），环氧氯丙烷以一定速度滴加于二甲胺溶液中，反应初期温度低于４０℃，中后期温度低于９５℃，反应时间约为４小时。

?The Synthesis of additive DE electrogalvanized without cyamide from NH(CH3)2andCICH2CH-CH2 was studied and the reaction tonditions were investigated in this paper. The perfect resultswere obtained in the ratio of CICH,CH -CH2/ NH(CH3)2：1 .0 ~1. 1/1 .0(mol/mol). In addition, chloroproprleneoxide was added to dimethylamine at definate speed. The reaction temperature was controled beIow 40℃ atthe first step of reation, and below 95 ℃ at the next one.
