冠状动脉旁路移植术的计算流体力学研究及其临床应用

摘要
冠状动脉旁路移植术(coronary artery bypass graft,CABG)广泛开展了半个世纪,疗效也被广泛认可[1]。但是,近40%的桥血管会在8年内发生闭塞[2],最终导致手术失败。整个再狭窄的病理过程已经明确㈨:术后1年内,吻合口处的内膜层m现平滑肌细胞、炎性细胞以及细胞外基质的堆积,形成内膜增生,且多位于脚跟、脚尖以及血管床,见图1;随后5年内,内膜增生会发展成粥样斑块,最后则出现吻合口的再狭窄。
