摘要
目的探讨心肌肌钙蛋白T(cTn-T)在大鼠急性心肌梗死模型中的动态变化规律。方法大鼠分为正常组、模型组;模型组结扎冠状动脉制作大鼠心肌梗死模型,于结扎前、结扎后1、2、3、4、6、12、24 h、3、5、7 d眼球后静脉丛取血,测定血清中cTnT含量。结果与正常组比较,大鼠急性心肌梗死后,血清cTn-T含量在3 h开始升高,差异具有显著性(P<0.05),6 h达到高峰,差异具有显著性(P<0.01),且一直持续到术后7 d。结论结扎冠状动脉造成大鼠急性心肌梗死模型后,血清cTn-T含量在3h开始升高,6h达到高峰,可作为急性心肌梗死特异性检测指标。
Aim To study the dynamic changes of cardiac troponin T in rat myocardial infarction model.Methods Rats were randomly divided into normal group and model group.The model group rats were given coronary artery ligation to induce rat myocardial infarction model.On the day before the surgery and 1,2,3,4,6,12,24 h,3,5,7 d after myocardial infarction,the content of cTn-T was detected in blood from retrobulbar venous plexus.Results After acute myocardial infarction,the cTn-T content of the model group began to increase at 3 h,and compared with the normal group,the difference was significant(P 0.05);at 6 h,the cTn-T content reached a peak,and compared with the normal group,the difference was highly significant(P 0.01).Conclusions After acute myocardial infarction,the cTn-T content begins to increase at 3 h,reaching a peak at 6 h.The cTn-T can be used as specificity detection indicator of acute myocardial infarction.
