摘要 目的研究抗肿瘤多肽AP25的体外活性。方法通过MTT实验、细胞迁移实验、管状结构形成实验检测AP25体外活性。结果 AP25对HUVEC、MGC-803、HeLa、HCT116、MDA-MB-231细胞增殖均有明显的抑制作用,对HU-VEC细胞迁移和管状结构形成有明显的抑制作用。结论AP25主要通过抑制内皮细胞的增殖、迁移和管状结构形成,来抑制肿瘤新生血管的生成,进而发挥其抗肿瘤活性,同时AP25也具有直接抑制肿瘤细胞生长的活性。 Aim To study the in vitro activity of peptide AP25.Methods in vitro MTT assay,migration assay and tube formation assay were used to study in vitro activity of AP25.Results AP25 significantly inhibited the proliferation of HUVECs,MGC-803,Hela,HCT 116,U87,MDA-MB-231.AP25 significantly inhibited the migration and tube formation of HUVECs.Conclusions AP25 can inhibit HUVECs proliferation,migration and tube formation and perform the antitumor activity through inhibition of tumor angiogenesis.Also,AP25 can inhibit tumor cell proliferation to perform the anti-tumor activity.
