改性淀粉作为降滤失剂的研究进展

Research Progress of Modified Starch as Fluid Loss Agent

综述了改性淀粉作为钻井液降滤失剂的应用及研究发展状况。改性淀粉降滤失剂绿色环保、价格便宜且抗盐能力强,在油田化学中得到了广泛的应用。目前应用的预胶化淀粉和醚化淀粉因耐温性差,使其应用范围受到了一定限制。接枝共聚淀粉既具备淀粉类降滤失剂的抗盐能力,又有共聚物的抗温性,因此成为淀粉类降滤失剂的研究热点。对接枝共聚淀粉的研究现状进行了较详细的综述,并对各类接枝共聚淀粉的特点进行了评述。

The application and the research development of the modified starch as fluid loss agent were reviewed. Because of its green environmental protection, cheap price and strong salt-resistance capability, the fluid loss additive of modified starch has been widely used in the oilfield chemistry. The application of the pre-gelatinized starch and the etherified one in current use has been limited due to their bad capability of temperature resistance. The graft copolymer starch, which has both the good salt-resistance capability like the fluid loss agent of starch and the polymers＇ capability of temperature resistance, has attracted more and more attention, and we reviewed its present research in detail and summarized the characteristics of different kinds of graft copolymer starch.
