摘要
探讨了一种采用热管构成传热微元段 ,实现SO2 氧化过程连续换热的方法 ,从而使整个反应过程贴近最佳反应温度曲线 .并作了设计方案的比较 ,结果表明 ,采用连续换热的SO2 转化系统 ,催化剂用量、设备总投资及操作总年费明显优于普通转化系统 .
This paper discusses a method of continued heat transfer in SO 2 oxidation process with multiple differential heat transfer sections by using heat pipes, which makes the whole action course press close to the optimal temperature curve of action. Based on it, the design indices of continuous heat transfer system is contrasted with those of a common system and the results indicate that all the targets of continuous heat transfer system is observably prior to the ones of a common system.
