摘要
研究和设计了摩托车发动机的柔性装配单元 .为了保证产品的质量 ,单元中应用了装配质量的在线控制技术 .采用激光检测的方法进行检测以克服装配和检测可用空间小的缺点 .系统中使用了优化恢复方法以排除由于工件质量问题而出现的故障 .
In this paper, the flexible assembly unit of motorcycle engine is studied and designed, in which the on_line control technology of assembly quality is used to ensure the quality of pro_ducts. Laser inspect method is used to overcome the shortage of small usable space of assembly and inspection. In order to get rid of the breakdown caused by the unqualified parts, the optimal recovery method is used in the assembly system.
