摘要
采用压力浸渗法制备M40+SiCp/AZ91D复合材料,对其微观组织及力学性能进行研究。结果表明,复合材料组织致密界面结合良好,弯曲强度达到1629MPa,弯曲模量达到216GPa,较M40/AZ91D复合材料分别提高了24.7%和6.4%。
The carbon fibers and the SiC particle reinforced AZ91D magnesium matrix composites were fabricated by pressure infiltration method ,Mierostructure observations indicate that the eomposites are dense. The results show that the tensile strength and elastic modulus of M40 + SiCp/AZ91D composites were 1629MPa and 216GPa. Compared with the M40/AZ91D composite. The tensile strength and ;elastic modulus of M40 + SiCp/AZ91D respectively increased by 24.7% and 6.4%.
