食用菊花组培苗瓶外生根的研究 被引量:6

摘要 选取经过脱毒的继代长5~8cm食用菊花组培苗。温室中移栽到以珍珠岩为基质的育苗盘内,扣塑料拱棚保湿、保温。前1周应保持拱棚内空气相对湿度在95%以上,之后2周保持相对湿度85%~90%,温度保持在20℃~28℃。15d后逐渐揭开保湿的塑料膜。30d生根成活率可达95%。激素处理与无处理组培苗的生根成活率差异性不显著,食用菊花品种间的瓶外生根成活率差异性也并不显著。 Subculture 5 - 8cm edible chrysanthemum plantlets were selected after detoxification. They were transplanted from greenhouse to trays with perlite matrix, plastic shed was buckled for moisturizing and insulation. In the first week, relative humidity of the air was kept 95 % in the shed. Two weeks after that, relative humidity was kept 85 % to 90%, the temperature was maintained at 20 ℃ to 28 ℃. After 15 days, the moisturizing the plastic film was gradually uncovered. After 30 days,the rooting survival rate was up to 95%. The difference between hormone treatment and non - treatment tissue culture of rooting rooting survival rate was not significant ; differences of test - tube rooting survival rate edible chrysanthemum varieties of were not significant.
