Use of laryngeal mask airway in an extremely low birth weight premature infant undergoing laser photocoagulation treatment of retinopathy of prematurity with general anesthesia

报道1例胎龄27“周，现月龄1月27d，体重1．67kg的超低出生体重伴双眼早产儿视网膜病变（retinopathy of prematurity，ROP）的早产儿在喉罩通气道全麻下行双眼激光光凝术治疗。

This case report describes the successful use of laryngeal mask airway in an extremely low birth weight premature infant undergoing laser photocoagulation treatment. The premature infant with gestational age of 27 ^＋4 weeks is retinopathy in both eyes, 57 d old, and 1.67 kg weight.
