复发性流产免疫治疗妊娠结局分析

Pregnancy outcomes of immunotherapy in recurrent spontaneous abortion

目的:研究免疫治疗对复发性流产孕妇妊娠结局的影响。方法:2008年6月至2012年2月本院复发性流产患者采用丈夫外周血淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗,成功随访妊娠分娩的217例患者,与同期正常妊娠分娩的220例患者进行母婴预后的对比分析。分析两组患者早产、足月分娩、胎儿生长受限、妊娠期高血压、新生儿出生缺陷等情况。结果:两组病人早产、胎儿生长受限、妊娠期高血压疾病、新生儿出生缺陷情况比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:主动免疫治疗对母婴无不良影响,可以在临床推广使用。

Objective： To assess the pregnancy outcomes of immunotherapy for recurrent spontaneous abortion （RSA）. Methods： A total of 217 women with RSA who managed the delivery following active immunization by lymphncytes obtained from their husbands were enrolled and compared with the 220 women with normal pregnancy and delivery, for subsequent analysis on their prognosis and that of the infants. The profiles of premature delivery, full-term delivery, fetal growth restriction, gestational hypertension and birth defects were also compared. Results： Both groups did not differ statistically in terms o（ premature delivery, fetal growth restriction, gestational hypertension and birth defects （ all P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Immunotherapy is not associated with adverse effect on the females and infants and may be clinically popularized.
