立止血和凝血酶联合治疗早产低体重儿肺出血的疗效观察

Effects of combined reptilase and thrombin on pulmonary hemorrhage in premature and low birth-weight infants

目的:观察立止血和凝血酶治疗早产低体重儿肺出血疗效的临床疗效。方法:2007年6月至2012年6月本院收治的112例早产低体重儿肺出血患儿,随机分成两组,每组56例,常规组和治疗组,后者在常规治疗基础上合用立止血和凝血酶,评价两组疗效。结果:联合应用立止血和凝血酶治疗早产低体重儿肺出血其显效率和总有效率为62.5%和76.8%;常规治疗(对照组)的显效率和总有效率分别为23.2%和46.4%,P<0.05。结论:立止血和凝血酶联合治疗早产低体重儿肺出血能补充血液凝血因子和凝血酶原,起到止血作用。

Objective： To investigate the effects of combined reptilase and thrombin on pulmonary hemorrhage in premature low birth-weight infants. Methods： We randomly assigned 112 premature low birth- weight infants who were admitted to Duanzhou Maternal and Children＇ s Health Care Hospital, between June 2007 and June 2012, to be treated with conventional regimens （conventional regimen group, n = 56） or in combination of reptilase and thrombin （ treatment group, n = 56）, respectively, for assessment of the efficacy. Results： The addition of reptilase and thrombin yielded a higher significant effective and effective rate as compared with conventional regimen group （62.5% vs. 23.2% and 76.8% vs. 46.4%, both P 〈 0.05 ） in premature low birth-weight infants with pulmonary hemorrhage. Conclusion： The combination of reptilase and thrombin may be effective for the treatment of pulmonary hemorrhage in premature low birth-weight infants by supplementing coagulation factors and prothrombin .
