摘要
分别从不同阻燃剂、阻燃剂用量、非反应型液体增塑荆含量、填料用量、两组分配比、固化时间来分析这些因素对硅酮密封胶阻燃性能的影响,实验表明,两组分配比及固化时间长短对阻燃性能影响甚小,而不同阻燃剂、阻燃剂用量、非反应型液体增塑剂含量及填料用量大小对阻燃性能影响很大。最后以107硅橡胶为基胶,添加自制复配阻燃剂,制备了具有良好综合性能的环保型阻燃硅酮结构密封胶,产品性能符合GB16776--2005《建筑用硅酮结构密封胶》的标准要求,垂直燃烧等级达到GB/T2408--2008《塑料燃烧性能的测定水平和垂直法》标准的阻燃最高级别V-0级。
The influences of factors including different flame retardant, dosages of the retardant, contents of non-reactive liquid plasticizer, dosages of filler, component proportion, curing time on flame retardance of silicone sealant are studied. The results show that the matching of two components and the curing time have little influence on the flame retardance, while different flame retardant, dosages of the retardant, contents of non-reactive liquid plasticizer, and dosages of filler have a great influence on the flame retardance. Eco-friendly flame-retardant silicone structural sealant is prepared with 107 silicon rubber and compound eco-friendly flame retardant, which meets the requirements of GB 16776---2005 〈〈Structural Silicone Sealants for Building〉). The vertically burning grade of it achieves the highest level of V-0 according to GB/T 2408--2008 〈(Plastics Determination of Burning Characteristics--Horizontal and Vertical Test〉〉.
