摘要 以聚醚多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、扩链剂、填料、催化剂、增塑剂、触变剂为主要原料,制备了一种低模量、高弹性、高粘接力的双组分聚氨酯建筑密封胶。通过实验研究了影响该密封胶性能的因素,显示聚醚多元醇相对分子质量的增加会使得密封胶的拉伸模量下降,伸长率增加;当触变剂用量为9.5%~12%、活性轻钙用量为18%~21%时,制备的密封胶的拉伸模量、下垂度等性能较佳。 A kind of low-modulus two-component polyurethane building sealant with high elasticity, and adhesive strength was prepared with raw materials of polyether polyol, TDI, chain extender, filler, catalyst, and thixotropic agent. The factors affecting the performances of the sealant were studied by tests. Tile increase of the molecular weight of polyether polyol makes the tensile modulus of the sealant decreasing and the elongation of the sealant growing. The tensile modulus and sag of the sealant was good when the dosage of the thixotropic agent was 9.5%-12% and the dosage of the active light calcium was 18%-21%.
