高性能双道密封中空玻璃单元的设计及其密封材料选择

摘要 中空玻璃单元(ICC)曝露于环境中受温度、大气压力波动、风压、工作负荷、阳光、水和水汽等的影响,其使用寿命主要取决于边部二道密封在上述环境因素影响下表现出的功能。中空玻璃的边部密封水汽透过率主要取决于低水汽渗透率的第一道密封胶丁基胶,而第二道密封胶在使用环境下的拉伸强度和弹性恢复率将影响到第一道密封胶的密封效果;其对气体的保持主要取决于第一、二道密封胶的气体渗透性。通过正确的选材和设计,特别是尽可能地使边部密封受到的热膨胀应力最小化,中空玻璃就能保持其长期的使用寿命。 IGU is exposing in environment and is affected by temperature, air pressure wave, windload, workload, sunlight, water and moisture etc. Its service life mainly depends on dual seal sealants performance. IGU edge seal permeability of water and air mainly decided by low permeability primary seal PIB, and the secondary seal sealant's tensile strength and elastic recovery will affect the primary seal's performance. The dual seal permeability decides the IGU air retention capability. By properly design and seal material choose, especially minimizeing edge seal thermal expansion change, IGU long term service life can be ensured.
