摘要
髓母细胞瘤(medulloblastoma,MB)是儿童最常见的脑肿瘤,Wnt与Shh信号通路与MB的发生密切相关。Wnt通路中的β-catenin能抑制Atoh1,而Atoh1调节Shh通路中的Gli2表达,Atoh1作为一个交汇点介导这两条通路的cross-talk。有关Wnt/β-catenin与Shh通路cross-talk的作用机制研究将有助于阐明髓母细胞瘤的发病机制,有望为髓母细胞瘤的治疗提供一种新的策略。
Medulloblastoma (MB) is the most common childhood brain tumors. Wnt and Shh signal pathways are closely related to the occurrence of MB. Recent studies suggest that beta catenin in Wnt pathway inhibits Atohl, which controls Shh pathway by regulating the expression of Gli2. Atohl is an intersection mediates the cross-talk of the two pathways. Further studies on the cross-talk between Wnt and Shh signaling pathways will clarify the machanism of MB and provide new ideas and approaches for treatment on MB.
