摘要
目的 探讨卡马西平与促甲状腺素释放激素 (TRH)抗癫痫作用的相互关系。方法 采用放射免疫分析法测定戊四氮 (PTZ)急性致痫大鼠海马内 TRH的含量。结果 急性致痫后 ,海马内 TRH表达水平在 2小时未见明显变化 ,48小时显著升高。卡马西平预处理组在痫性发作后 48小时海马内 TRH表达水平明显升高 ,与对照组及假模型组相比均有显著性差异。结论 卡马西平能显著升高痫性发作对 TRH的诱导表达 ,TRH与卡马西平的作用可能有重迭效应和添加效应。
Objective To investigate the relationship of antiepileptic effect between carbamazepine (CBZ) and thyrotropin releasing hormore(TRH).Methods The content of TRH in hippocampus in rats were examined by radioimmunoassay (RIA) after PTZ induced seizure.Results After PTZ induced seizures,there was no obvious change on the expression of TRH in hippocampus in 2 h,but it was significantly elevated in 48 h.The expression of TRH in hippocampus was increased obviously 48 h after seizure in CBZ pretreatment group, there was remarkable difference as compared with the controls and the pseudomodel group.Conclusion CBZ could elevate obviously the expression of TRH after seizure, which suggested the potential overlapping or additive influences of TRH and CBZ.
