摘要 淋巴细胞活化基因-3(1ymphocyte activation gene 3,LAG.3)表达在活化的T淋巴细胞、B淋巴细胞、自然杀伤细胞(natural killer cell,NK)和浆细胞样树突状细胞(plasmacytoid dendritic cells,pDCs)[1-2],编码的膜蛋白包含四个免疫球蛋白超家族(Ig supeffamily,IgSF)结构域,和CD4分子在结构和染色质定位方面非常相似 [3],但以更高的亲和力与主要组织相容性复合体Ⅱ类分子(major histo-compatibility complex class Ⅱ,MHCII)结合[4],并负调控T细胞功能[5-6]。
