海分枝杆菌感染

A case of Mycobacterium marinum infection

报告海分枝杆菌感染1例。患者男,43岁,海员。右手手背暗红色斑块1年就诊。组织病理学检查未见明显的上皮细胞肉芽肿形成,抗酸染色阴性。对患者组织进行分枝杆菌培养阳性并扩增测序示海分枝杆菌。结合患者职业、病史、皮损特点和实验室检查诊断为海分枝杆菌感染。

A ease of Mycobacterium marinum infection is reported. A 43-year-old man presented with one year history of dark red plaque on the back of right hand. Histopathological examination showed no granuloma in dermis and negative for acid fast staining. Cultures of lesions were positive for the Mycobacterium marinum, which was also confirmed by PCR and sequencing. According to patient＇s occupation, medical history, character of skin lesions, and laboratory test, Mycobacterium marinum infection was diagnosed.
