复方地肤子汤联合咪唑斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效观察

Observation of the therapeutic effect on chronic urticaria treated with compound Fructus Kochiae Scopariae decoction combined with mizolastine

目的:观察复方地肤子汤联合咪唑斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法:慢性荨麻疹患者120例随机分成3组,联合组38例给予复方地肤子汤,水煎服,每日1剂,早晚分服;咪唑斯汀10mg口服,每日1次;咪唑斯汀组39例给予咪唑斯汀10mg口服,每日1次;地肤子汤组38例给予复方地肤子汤。水煎服,每日1剂,早晚分服。3组患者均4周为1个疗程,治疗开始后每周随访并评估疗效。结果:3组慢性荨麻疹患者4周治疗有效率比较。联合组与咪唑斯汀组、地肤子汤组比较差异都有统计学意义(P<0.05)。症状、体征总积分下降值的比较,除联合组和咪唑斯汀组在治疗后第1周差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)外,其余各组都有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方地肤子汤联合咪唑斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效确切,值得推广。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of compound Fructus Kochiae Scopariae（FKS） decoction combined with mizolastine in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods： One hundred and twenty cases of chronic urticaria were randomly divided into three groups. 38 patients in the combination therapy group were orally received half pack of compound FKS decocted in water twice daily and mizolastine tablet 10 mg once daily; 39 patients orally received mizolastine tablet 10 mg once daily. In the FKS decoction group, 38 patients were orally received half pack of compound FKS decocted in water twice daily. The treatment course was four weeks. To assess the efficacy, patients were followed up weekly after the start of treatment. Results： During the four week treatment, the combination therapy group showed significantly higher effective rates in comparison with others （P〈0.05）. On comparison for scores of symptoms and signs, the combination therapy also showed a better improvement than others （P〈0.05） except in the first week that there was no significant difference （P〉0.05） between combination therapy and the mizolastine. Conclusions： Compound FKS decoction combined with mizolastine is effective in treating chronic urticaria.
