生长分化因子15基因-3148C>G多态性与早发冠心病的相关性 被引量:1

Association of growth differentiation factor 15 gene-3148C>G polymorphism and premature coronary artery disease

摘要 目的探讨生长分化因子15(GDF15)基因-3148C>G多态性(rs4808793)与早发冠心病的相关性。方法采集139例早发冠心病患者(A组)和160例非冠心病对照者(B组)静脉血,检测主要相关生化指标,比较两组rs4808793各基因型及等位基因频率;计算A组rs4808793各基因型亚组Gensini积分。结果与B组相比,A组罹患高血压、2型糖尿病、吸烟比例及空腹血糖、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平增加(P<0.05),rs4808793各基因型及等位基因频率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组rs4808793CC、CG、GG基因型Gensini积分分别为(62.97±25.37)分、(64.03±25.42)分、(63.80±25.44)分(P>0.05)。结论 GDF15基因-3148C>G多态性与早发冠心病无明显相关性。 Objective To investigate the correlation between growth differentiation factor 15 (GDF15) gene -3148C〉G polymorphism(rs4808793) and premature coronary artery disease(CAD).Methods The venous blood of 139 patients with premature CAD and 160 people without CAD was collected. The biochemical indicators were detected, and the genotype and allele frequency of rs4808793were compared between two groups. Gensini score of each genotype in group A was calculated to reflect the extent of coronary lesions. Results Compared with group B, the percentages ofhypertension, type 2 diabetes mellitus and smoking and the levels of fasting blood sugar, total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol were all increased (P〈0. 05), while the genotypeand allele frequency of rs4808793 were not statistically different in group A(P〉0. 05). Gensini scores of rs4808793 CC,CG and Ca3 genotypes in group A were (62.97±25.37) points, (64. 03±25.42)points and (63.80 ± 25.44) points, respectively(P〉0. 05). Conclusion GDF15 gene -3148C〉G polymorphism is not correlated with premature CAD in this study.
