摘要
目的探讨老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的变化。方法126例老年(年龄>65岁)T2DM患者为T2DM组,选择同期就诊的30例健康体检者为对照组,测定两组血糖、血脂和Hcy水平;采用彩色多普勒超声对T2DM患者下肢血管病变进行诊断。结果T2DM组Hcy为(9.6±2.5)μmol/L,明显高于对照组的(5.4±1.6)μmol/L(P<0.05);有血管病变(59例)的T2DM患者Hcy水平为(10.8±3.6)μmol/L,明显高于(67例)无血管病变患者的(8.6±2.5)μmol/L(P<0.05)。Spearman相关性分析显示,T2DM患者血浆Hcy水平与血管病变程度呈明显的正相关(r=6.43,P<0.05)。结论血浆Hcy水平与T2DM血管病变的发生明显相关,其机制可能与糖尿病性血管内皮损伤有关。
Objective To investigate the changes of plasma homocysteine(Hcy) levels in the elderly with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). Methods Blood glucose, blood lipids and Hcy were measured in 126 T2DM patients(group A), aged elder than 65 years, which were compared to those in 30 healthy people(group C). The vascular lesions in the lower extremities of T2DM cases were diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound. Results Plasma Hcy level in group A was (9. 6_±2. 5) μnol/L, which was higher than (5.4±1.6) μmol/L in group C(P〈0. 05). Plasma Hcy level in T2DM cases with vascular lesions was (10. 8 ±3.6) μmol/L, which was higher than (8. 6±2.5) tlmol/L in those without vascular disease(P〈0. 05). Spearman correlation analysis showed that plasma Hcy level was positively correlated to the vascular lesions in T2DM patients (r=6. 43, P〈0. 05). Conclusion Plasma Hcy level is closely related to the occurrence of diabetic angiopathy in T2DM patients, which may be related to vascular endothelial injury.
