摘要
心脏淀粉样变是一种浸润性心肌疾患，其特点为细胞问有无定形、嗜伊红的蛋白性复合物沉着，这种物质对碘的染色反应和淀粉类似，故被称为淀粉样物质。此病早期诊断较困难，极易误诊或漏诊，同时缺乏确切有效的治疗方法，预后差。
