摘要 介绍了汽车后背门外板的冲压工艺,包括各工序的工艺设计。运用AutoForm软件对其进行了成形分析,解决了冲击线、开裂等质量问题。根据分析结果设计出拉延工艺面。并介绍了后背门外板侧翻边模具的斜楔结构、工作原理。在侧翻边处设计侧压结构压料,翻边效果良好。 The stamping technology for an automotive rear door outer plate was presented, including the technological design for various procedures. The drawing forming process was analyzed with AutoForm software. The quality problems such as crack and the drive line were solved, and the drawing die face was designed by using the analysis result. The wedge structure and working principle of the flanging-side die were introduced. The side compression structure in the side flanging to press material, was designed and the raging effect of the part was fine.
