摘要
随着高压输气管线的大量应用,对管线在役焊接进行数值模拟变得十分重要。运用Sysweld软件,分析输气管内介质的流动状态,模拟其温度场和应力场。在役焊接时,气体介质流动会降低焊接残余应力,减小焊接应力范围;随着介质流速的增加,内壁最高温度下降较快,焊接最大残余应力增速较慢。随着热输入量的增大,内壁的最高温度迅速增加大,焊缝最大残余应力下降趋势逐渐变缓。
With the numerous applications of high-pressure gas pipeline, it is very important to simulate the in-service welding of the pipeline. Using Sysweld software, the flowing state of the media within the gas pipeline was analyzed. The temperature and stress field were simulated. In service welding, the flowing gas medium can reduce residual stress and the scope of welding stress: as the medium velocity increasing, the maximum temperature of inner wall decreases rapidly, the maximum welding residual stress increases slowly. With the increase of heat input, the maximum temperature of the inner wall increases rapidly and the maximum weld residual stress decreases slowly.
