摘要 为了获得30CrMnSi钢薄板的CO2激光T型接头焊接工艺,采用单一变量试验方法进行T型接头激光焊接试验,并对焊接接头的静拉伸性能以及变形情况进行了检测分析。试验结果表明,激光功率、焊接速度以及离焦量对T型接头的静拉伸性能和变形影响较大。在保证接头良好的力学性能和较小变形量的前提下,较理想的焊接工艺参数为:激光功率3 kW;离焦量6 mm;焊接速度2.5 m/min;保护气流量为He气10 L/min,Ar气15 L/min。 In order to obtain the T-joints CO2 laser welding process of 2mm thickness 30CrMnSi steel, using the single variable experimental methods for T-joints of laser welding test, the static tensile properties and deformation of the T-joints were detected. The relevant test data results show that the laser power, welding speed and defocusing amount have big effects on the T-joints static tensile properties and angular deformation of the back plate. In the guarantee of the joint with good mechanics performance and smaller angle deformation, the optimum welding process of the test result is that the laser power, welding speed, focused distance and shield gas of 3 kW, 2.5 rn/min, 6 mm, He with the flow of 10 L/min and Ar with the flow of 15 L/min, respectively.
