摘要
介绍了数控电火花线切割加工的基本原理,并结合生产实践总结了电火花线切割加工中的实际问题及相应解决措施,对促进线切割加工技术的发展及提高产品质量具有指导作用。
The WEDM processing principle was introduced. The practical problems of DK7732 were analyzed during the production practice and the corresponding solving measures were proposed, which can provide guides for promoting the technology development and raising product quality of WEDM.
