Design of Bulging Die and Locating Device of Magnetic Tile for Digital Generator Rotor

聚氨酯橡胶胀形模不能保证数码发电机转子磁瓦胀压质量。在分析电机转子技术要求及转子外壳结构特征后,在胀形模具中,设计了定位结构、尺寸精度控制结构;设计胀压工序定位装置。

Polyurethane rubber bulging die could not guarantee the quality of the magnetic tile expansion pressure of digital generator. After analyzing the technical requirements and structure characteristics of generator rotor, the positioning structure and dimensional accuracy control structure were designed in the bulging die. Then the locating device of expansion process was designed. The results show that this novel bulging die and its locating device can guarantee the technical requirements of expansion pressure forming of generator rotor.
