摘要
采用扫描电镜、金相显微镜和常规试验方法对某柴油机断裂曲轴的断口形貌、组织、力学性能和化学成分进行了分析。结果表明,较大的瞬时外力导致曲轴在应力集中部位脆性断裂。
The fracture pattern, microstructure, mechanical properties and chemical composition of the fractured crankshaft for a diesel engine were analyzed by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and conventional test methods. The results show that the large instantaneous force leads to brittle fracture in the position of the stress concentration of crankshaft.
