摘要 0引言 上皮-间质转化(epithelial-mesenchymal transitions,EMT),是指上皮细胞失去极性,经过细胞骨架重塑,转变成具有迁移能力的间充质表型的过程,发生EMT的细胞主要表现为细胞变梭、伸出丝状伪足并获得侵袭运动能力;在分子生物学方面表现为上皮标志物E-cadherin(E-钙连蛋白)的缺失或减弱,而获得间质标志物,
