摘要
目的:研究渗透树脂处理模拟正畸脱矿牙釉质后对釉质显微硬度的影响。方法:选择因正畸需要拔除的健康前磨牙30颗。随机将离体牙分为空白对照组、脱矿组、渗透树脂治疗组,采用显微硬度测试仪测量各组牙釉质显微硬度,观察釉质显微硬度的变化。结果:空白对照组和渗透树脂治疗组牙釉质表面显微硬度明显高于脱矿组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001);渗透树脂治疗组显微硬度低于空白对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:釉质脱矿后牙釉质表面显微硬度降低,渗透树脂治疗釉质脱矿可提高牙釉质表面的显微硬度。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of resin infiltration on the micro--hardness of human tooth enamel surface. Methods: Thirty extracted sound human premolars for orthodontic purpose were prepared to obtain artificial subsurface lesions. Then they were randomly divided into 3 groups which included control group, demineralization group and resin infil.tration group. Each group contained 10 teeth. The miero-Vickers hardness test was used to investigate the change in hardness of enamel. Results: The micro-hardness of enamel surface in control group and resin infiltration group was significantly higher than that in demineralization group (P^0. 001). The micro-hardness in resin infiltration group was obviously less than that in control group (P〈0. 001). Conclusion: With the limitation of this study the micro-hardness of enamel decreased after demineralization. Infiltration of resin could significantly improve the hardness of demineralized enamel surface.
