2种不同咬合板治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病的临床对比 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨稳定型咬合板和松弛型咬合板治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病的临床疗效。方法:稳定型咬合板组15例患者、给予稳定型咬合板治疗,松弛型咬合板组12例患者、给予松弛型咬合板治疗;观察患者治疗前、2周、4周、6周、3个月后疼痛分级指数(VAS)、张口度及关节弹响的变化。结果:2组的VAS值都明显下降,2组之间有显著差异(P<0.05)。治疗后2组弹响均减少,2组在治疗颞下颌关节弹响效果上没有差异(χ2=0.058,P=0.809)。2组患者平均张口度均增长,2组结果比较无显著差异(P=0.301)。结论:2种咬合板治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病均有疗效,无明显差异。稳定型咬合板治疗TMD疼痛的疗效优于松弛型咬合板。 Objective: The aim of study was to compare splint therapy using stable bite plate (SBP) and relaxation splint (RS) in tern poromandibular disorders (TMD). Methods: In this trial, 15 patients in SBP group were treated with stable bite plate, whereas the12 patients in RS group were treated with relaxation splint. We assessed the jaw opening, joint clicking and VAS prior to splint therapy-, and after 2, 4 and 6 week' and 3 months' using. Results: The VAS of all the patients after treatment were significantly lower than that before treatment (P^0.05) and there was significant difference between SBP group and RS group (P〈0.05). The joint clicking in both groups was significantly lower and jaw opening in both groups was increasing than the base time, there was no difference between two groups. Conclusion: No significant differences in treatment efficacy were noted between the stable bite plate and the relaxation splint types when compared over 3 months. Stable bate plate is more effective in the control of TMD pain than relaxation splint.
