摘要
目的:以磁源空间磁场定量计算为依据,在正常条件下研究不同强度永磁磁场对胎鼠皮质神经元细胞生长与凋亡的影响。方法:选取极面中心磁感强度为44.8 mT、90.6 mT、182.1 mT的3组圆片磁源,简称为A组、B组、C组,采用有限元数值法计算其空间磁场,得出实际作用在细胞上的磁感强度;将3组强度的磁源分别在正常培养条件下作用于胎鼠皮质神经元细胞进行体外培养,72h后检测细胞活性,细胞凋亡和细胞形态。结果:在实验用各磁场组细胞活性均高于对照组;A组胎鼠皮质神经元凋亡率低于对照组,B、C组细胞凋亡率高于对照组;细胞形态在磁场作用下产生细胞凋亡现象。结论:实验所使用各磁感强度组磁场对胎鼠皮质神经元细胞生长和凋亡均产生一定影响。
Objective: By magnetic source space magnetic field based on the quantitative alculation, under normal conditions different intensity permanent magnet magnetic field on fetal rat cortex neuron cell growth and the influence of apoptosis. Methods: Select a magnetotactic strength for the centre 44.8 mT, 90.6 mT, 182.1 mT of the three groups of round magnetic source, known as A group, the group B, C group, using the finite element numerical method for calculation of its space magnetic field, and concludes that the role of the cells are magnetic strength; Will three intensity magnetic source respectively in normal culture conditions and lack of oxygen under the culture condition for fetal rats cortical neurons cells in vitro culture, 72 hater testing cell activity, apoptosis and cell morphology. Results: In the experiment with the magnetic field group cell activity are higher than those in the control group; A group of fetal rat cortex neuron apoptosis rate lower than those of the control group, B, C group of apoptosis rate higher than those in the control group; Cell morphology in the magnetic field generated under the action of cell apoptosis phenomenon. Conclusions: Laboratory use the magnetic induction strength group of magnetic field on fetal rat cortex neuron cell growth and apoptosis are produce certain effect.
