摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱一蒸发光散射法测定舒肝祛脂胶囊中三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1和Rb1的含量。方法采用AgilentC18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(梯度),柱温:35℃;流速:1.0mL·min-1;漂移管温度为120℃,氮气流速为2.0L·min-1。结果三七皂苷R1,人参皂苷Rg1及Rb1皆在进样量0.75~7.50μg范围内,浓度的对数值lgc与峰面积积分的对数值lg/1之间呈良好的线性关系.相关系数分别为0.9913、0.992l和0.9935。结论本法操作简便、准确、重复性好,可用于舒肝祛脂胶囊的质量控制。
AIM To establish a HPLC method coupled with ELSD for determination of notoginsenoside R1, ginsenoside Rgl, and ginsenoside Rbj in Shugan Quzhi capsule. METHODS The three compounds were separated on an Agilent C18 column (250 mmx 4.6 ram, 5 μm) and acetonitrile-water was used as mobile phase. Column temperature was set at 35 ℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 mL. rain-t. The temperature of drift tube for ELSD was 120 ℃ and the flow rate of nitrogen was 2.0 L.min-1. RESULTS The linear range for notoginsenoside Rj, ginsenoside Rg1 and ginsenoside Rbl was 0.75 - 7.50 μg, and the correlation coefficient was 0.991 3, 0.992 1 and 0.993 5, respectively. There was a good linear relationship between the logarithm value of injected concentration and the logarithm value of area under peak curve. CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate, repeatable and suitable for quality control of Shugan Quzhi capsule.
