烧结温度对粉末冶金法制备AZ91镁合金组织及性能影响的研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用粉末冶金法制备了AZ91镁合金,研究了烧结温度对该合金密度、硬度和抗拉强度的影响,通过扫描电镜和能谱仪对试样进行显微组织观察和分析。研究发现,真空热压烧结条件下,AZ91镁合金的最佳烧结温度为550℃,此时材料的致密度可达98.3%;烧结合金组织主要由α-Mg固溶体和β-Mg17Al12相两相组成;在550℃烧结下,烧结过程以体积扩散为主,其中β-Mg17Al12相产生较多,弥散分布在晶界上,起到了较好的第二相强化效果。 AZ91 alloy was fabricated by powder metallurgy. The effects of sintering temperature on the relative density, hardness and tensile strength were investigated. The microstructure of the material was observed by SEM and EDS. The research findings that the best sintering temperature is 550 ℃ under the vacuum hotpressing, and at this sintering temperature, the relative density can reach 98.3%. The sintering microstructure of the alloy is composed of α-Mg solid solution and the second phase β-Mg17Al12. When the sintering temperature is 550 ℃, volume diffusion is the mainly sintering form, and more β-Mg17Al12 which dispersively distributing on the grain boundary produce, and the hardness of the alloy is improved by second-phase strength.
