两步热烧结制备CuInSe_2三元系合金粉末

Preparation of CuInSe_2 Powder by Two Step Sintering

摘要 将Cu、In粉均匀混合后放入刚玉管式真空炉中热烧结3 h制备Cu-In合金,烧结温度950℃。将制备好的Cu-In合金研磨成粉后再与Se粉均匀混合,把得到的均匀混料再次放入刚玉管式真空炉中烧结,烧结温度550℃,烧结时间3 h。得到的产物经简单研磨后制备出CuInSe2粉末。通过XRD分析产物的物相组成,利用SEM观察材料的微观形貌,采用EDS对产物的化学组成进行分析。结果表明,采用两步热烧结可制备出符合元素计量比的单相黄铜矿型CuInSe2材料。 The Cu powder and In powder was heated in a tubular vacuum furnace to prepare Cu-In alloy. The prepared Cu-in alloy was grinded into powder and then mixed it with Se powder. The mixture was sintered in a tube vacuum furnace. Then the product was grinded into powder. The phase composition of the product was analyzed by XRD; the morphology of the material was observed by SEM. The chemical composition was analyzed by EDS. The results show that using two step sintering method, the CuInSe2 is produced and the element and stucture consist with the type of CuInSe2 powder material.
