摘要
采用膨胀法,利用Gleeble-3500热模拟机并结合其相应的金相组织和维氏硬度对核电用SA738Gr.B钢的奥氏体转变温度在不同加热速度下的影响进行了研究。结果表明:加热速度越大,则SA738Gr.B钢奥氏体转变温度Ac1越高;当加热速度较低时,对Ac1影响较大,但在加热速度较高时对Ac1影响较小,甚至其Ac1温度变化不大。
The effects of heating speed on the austenization temperature of SA738Gr.B steel, which used in nuclear power station as steel containment vessel, were studied by the expansion method with Gleeble-3500 thermal mechanical simulator combining with the microstructure evolution and Vickers hardness. The results show that the austenite transformation temperature Acl increases along with the heating speed increasing. The effect of heating speed on Ac1 is higher-impact when the heating speed is slow, but the effect is lower-impact when the speed is faster, even Ac1 changes a little with faster heating speed changing.
