摘要
采用热爆反应技术制备Ti2SnC材料,研究了两种不同原料对反应合成Ti2SnC的影响,探讨了反应合成机制。结果表明,2Ti/Sn/C粉体反应合成产物的主相为TiSnx、TiC,产物中Ti2SnC含量较少,同时残留少量未反应完全的Sn。Ti/Sn/TiC粉体反应合成的产物主相为Ti2SnC,同时含有少量未反应完全的Sn和TiC。热爆反应合成Ti2SnC的反应机制:Ti2SnC由两种反应路径合成,一种是TiSnx与TiC发生固相反应合成的Ti2SnC;另一种是Ti-Sn共晶液相与TiC发生反应合成的Ti2SnC。
Ti2SnC was synthesized by thermal explosion method. The effects of two kinds of raw materials on the synthesis of Ti2SnC were investigated. The reaction mechanism for synthesising Ti2SnC was discussed. The results show that the majority compounds are TiSnx and TiC in the product from 2Ti/Sn/C powders. The content of Ti2SnC in this sample is much lower. The main phase is Ti2SnC in the product from Ti/Sn/TiC powders. The reaction mechanism for synthesizing Ti2SnC is proposed. Ti2SnC can be synthesized by two kinds of reaction paths. One is that TiESnC can be synthesized by solid reaction between TiSnx and TiC. The other is that Ti2SnC can be synthesized by reaction between Ti-Sn liquid and TiC.
