摘要
以(NH2)2Mo7O24.4H2O为钼源,CS(NH2)2为硫源和还原剂,采用水热法合成纳米二硫化钼,研究了不同酸度对产物的影响。通过XRD、SEM、EDS对产物进行表征。结果表明:酸度对纳米二硫化钼层状结构的形成和发育以及晶化程度和产物的粒径和微观形貌有显著影响;当反应体系中pH=2时,可通过该法合成结晶良好,纯度较高,粒径约为280 nm的"球花"状2H-MoS2。
The nano-scale MoS2 was successfully achieved by hydrothermal reaction, in which the thiourea (CS (NH2)2) was used as S-source and reducing agent, ammonium heptamoly bdate ((NH2)2MO7O24.4H2O) was used as Mo-source. The influences of acidity on the products were studied. X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and SEM-EDS techniques were used to characterize the samples. The results show that the acidity of reaction system plays a crucial role on the formation of MoS2 platelike structure, degree of crystallinity, size and microstructure in our experiment. When the response system pH=2, the high purity, crystallization 2H-MoS2 and flower-like particles with the diameter of 280 nm were obtained.
