摘要 研究了铬对稀土重轨钢显微组织、力学性能的影响。随着钢中铬含量的升高,稀土重轨钢的硬度和强度增高;铬含量增高对改善稀土重轨钢的拉伸性能和冲击韧性影响不明显;铬含量高的试验钢,其晶粒度比加铬含量低的试验钢稍大,这表明铬含量是影响重轨钢性能的重要因素。 The effects of chromium content on the microstructure and mechanical properties of rare earth heavy rail steel were studied. The hardness and strength of rare earth heavy rail steel increase with increasing chromium content in the steel. But increased chromium content has no significant effect on improving the tensile properties of the rare earth heavy rail steel and impact toughness. Increasing high chromium content, the grain size is slightly larger than samples with low chromium content. The results show that the chromium content is an important factor to affect the performance of heavy rail steel.
