Fe-VC复合材料的烧结性与耐磨性研究

摘要 采用粉末冶金技术原位合成了Fe-VC复合材料,对该复合材料的烧结行为和耐磨性进行研究。结果表明:烧结温度对该复合材料的密度有强烈影响,而烧结时间对其密度影响不大。当烧结温度为1200℃,烧结时间为2h,该复合材料的密度达到最大值。在干滑动磨损条件下,与淬硬45钢相比,该复合材料具有更高的耐磨性。 Fe-VC composite was fabricated using powder metallurgy technique by in-situ method. The sintering behavior and wear properties of the composite were investigated. The results show that the sintering temperature has strong effects on the density, and the sintering time has less effect on the density. When sintering at 1200℃ for 2h, the composite attains the maximum density. Under the condition of dry sliding, Fe-VC composite holds great wear resistance compared with 45 steel after quenching.
