摘要
研究了低保温淬火工艺处理后45钢锤头试样不同位置的组织、硬度及淬透性,并与传统淬火工艺下试样的组织性能进行了对比。结果显示:低保温淬火工艺下试样不仅具有优良的力学性能,同时达到了充分利用能源的目的。
Microstructure, hardness and hardenability of 45 steel hammer head after low heat preservation quenching were studied, and compared with conventional quenching microstructure. Results show that the excellent mechanical properties of sample are gained after low heat preservation quenching, meanwhile, to make full use of energy.
