摘要
采用ZCL-408立式真空油淬炉,对不同有效厚度的30CrMnSiA、30CrMnSiNi2A两种材料的热处理工艺进行了研究。结果表明:ZCL-408立式真空油淬炉可用于长轴杆类零件的热处理,硬度、力学性能、变形量以及表面光亮度均能满足技术要求,能够很好地解决此类零件的淬火变形问题,并且淬火转移时间也可以满足合金钢薄壁细长杆件的热处理技术的相关要求。
Using ZCL-408 vertical vacuum oil quenching furnace, the heat treatment process of the different effective thickness of 30CrMnSiA and 30CrMnSiNi2A was investigated. The results show that ZCL-408 vertical vacuum oil quenching furnace can be used in the heat treatment process of long axis bar parts, and the rigidity, mechanical properties, deformation and surface brightness can meet the technique requirement. The treatment can also deal with the distortion during quenching. Moreover, the quenching transferring time can meet the heat treatment process requirements of the alloy steels thin-walled slender bar.
