摘要
研究了热处理对Ni53Ga27Fe15Co5铁磁形状记忆合金阻尼性能的影响。结果表明:室温下,应变振幅低于1.0×10-4时,Ni53Ga27Fe15Co5形状记忆合金的内耗为阻尼共振型;应变振幅高于1.0×10-4时,为静滞后型。热处理使得Ni53Ga27Fe15Co5形状记忆合金的相变温度变低,阻尼性能显著提高。
The effects of heat-treatment on the damping capacity of Ni53Ga27Fe15Co5 ferromagnetic shape memory alloy were studied. The results show that the Ni53Ga27Fe15Co5 ferromagnetic shape memory alloy shows damped resonance damping at room temperature, when the stain amplitude is less than 1.0 × 10-4; but when the stain amplitude is more than 1.0× 10-4, it shows static hysteresis damping. Heat treatment decreases the transformation temperature, and obviously improves the damping capacity ofNi53Ga27Fe15Co5 ferromagnetic shape memory alloy.
