7075铝合金时效“双峰”应力腐蚀开裂与氢脆的研究 被引量:9

摘要 利用阴极渗氢法、定氢仪、洛氏硬度计、电子拉伸实验机等方法研究了"双峰"时效下7075铝合金的应力腐蚀开裂(SCC)行为及氢脆(HE)敏感性。结果表明:充氢前后合金的强度等性能均具有时效"双峰"特征;且第二峰的氢含量比第一峰低,SCC敏感性也低;氢脆敏感性与应变速率有关,随应变速率的增大,7075铝合金就越不容易发生脆化现象。 Stress corrosion cracking and hydrogen embrittlement susceptibility of 7075 aluminum alloys with double peaks aged were studied by cathodic H-permeation, Hydrogen determinator rochwell hardometer and electronic tensile machine. The results show that both before and after hydrogen charging, the strength properties etc. all have double peaks. The hydrogen content of second peak is less than the first peak, also has low-SCC-susceptibility. HE-susceptibility has relationship with strain rate, it increases with the increase of strain rate, the embrittlement phenomenon of 7075 aluminum alloy is not easy to happen.
