摘要
在2Cr13马氏体不锈钢基体上,采用氩气保护电弧喷涂技术制备了Ni-Ti涂层,在不同温度下对涂层进行了热处理,用冲蚀磨损试验机对涂层的冲蚀磨损性能进行了测试,用扫描电镜对涂层的显微组织和冲蚀磨损后的形貌进行了观察,用X射线衍射仪表征了涂层的相组成,测定了涂层的显微硬度。结果表明:涂层的冲蚀磨损性能与显微硬度无明显的联系;涂层的相结构、显微组织、层间结合力以及NiTi(B2)相具有的超弹性在涂层耐冲蚀磨损能中起着重要的作用;高温热处理(1050℃)后涂层中出现了较多的孔隙和裂纹,降低了涂层的耐冲蚀磨损性能。
Ni-Ti coating was fabricated on 2Cr13 martensitic stainless steel substrate by arc spraying protected in argon atmosphere, then, different heat treatment processes were conducted. The erosive resistance of Ni-Ti coating after heat treatment was evaluated by erosion experiment tester. The microstructure and erosion surface morphology of the coating were characterized by SEM; the phase composition of the coating was analyzed by XRD; the micro-hardness values of the Ni-Ti coating were measured. The results indicate that: clear link between erosive properties and microhardness of Ni-Ti coating can't be confirmed; the phase composition, microstructure, interlayer bonding force and the superelasticity property of NiTi (B2) play an important role in erosion resistance of Ni-Ti coating; more pores and crack appear significantly after high temperature heat treatment (1050℃), the erosion-resistance of the coating decreases.
